On December 11, AALS presented a live demo and tutorial of the Neuromine Data Portal. This webinar showed researchers, clinicians, and data scientists how to harness ALS’s most comprehensive open-access data resource (over 150+ TB of multiomics and clinical data from more than 2,500 patients). Supported and maintained by the Answer ALS Foundation, Neuromine brings together rich multiomics and clinical datasets from leading ALS research initiatives, including Answer ALS and the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI).
Watch the webinar recording to learn how to use Neuromine’s powerful filters to focus on your specific cohort–query only the genes, proteins, or participants you need, without downloading the entire dataset. We also highlighted the new Alzheimer’s Disease Data Initiative (ADDI) integration, which links Neuromine to Alzheimer’s data for powerful cross-disease comparisons.
